Not the greatest of games, Stevenage looked desperate not to be beaten, but Mansfield played well and took their chance well when it came their way. The ground itself is homely. Very good family atmosphere and I can see why they have won awards for that. Easy ground to get to and helpful and friendly staff too.

Match no. 1285. Another feeble display by Stevenage, that's just one point from the last 4 games. Just about hanging on in the 4th promotion play-off place but will probably need to win both of the last two games. A minute's silence was observed before kick-off in memory of Ugo Ehiogu, the Spurs U-23 head coach, who died suddenly yesterday. He was a familiar figure at Broadhall Way where the Spurs development squads play many of their home games. 50 years ago today: Match no. 40 - West Ham 0-1 Leeds United - 22.4.1967.
