Weekend away (with Lancaster Brewery tour on Sunday) so train up and back. raining all the time but who cared (?!?) with full hospo to enjoy. Lovely lounge and very good food plus the odd drinkie or three. We had paper wrist bands and lots of laughs trying to get them stuck together. Charlie got hers stuck to her coat and I had mine stuck to my finger. But all very nice people and they fully deserve their ''best in all leagues'' award. Globe arena very odd. All front and no back - like a Hollywood western movie town. Pitch dreadful but - given the amount of rain we''ve had - no surprise. Game pretty awful too but . . . Stayed in the Waggon & Horses in Lancaster. Very good. Lots of beer and a shared burger.
