What a lovely club. Everybody professional, happy and helpful (apart from perhaps the young girl in the food shop who didn''t seem to know what a pie actually was). Lizzie''s steak pie absolutely gorgeous !!! We drove from Henley and had a swift pint in the Running Horses at Mikkleham on the way. Then to Broadfield on a beautiful balmy evening with blue skies and genuine T-shirt weather. Game good too. Brighton clearly the better side but Town gave a good account early on. The back two looked dodgy though and will need to improve if they are going to survive in the league this season. Bravo Crawley Town for having proper car park stewards to organise the traffic leaving. First class evening from start to finish.
