A trip to Derby for everyone is the next away adventure. Theres a fair few at this one, Fletch, Daisy, Joe, Marc, Warren, Ash, Lorraine (mommy) and Dave (daddy) ! Fletch, Daisy, Joe and Marc head up on the train, Warren and Ash get the coach and Dave and Lorraine drive !!
A couple in the merry widdows for the fab four and then a walk down to the brunswick to meet the folks and dery friends and family !!
Come kick off thank god everyone is smashed !!!!!!! The first half is a bore and its soon time to get burgers at half time !! Beer was available but the ques where to big and everyone was still recked !!
The second half begins and is just as boring as the 1st. With 5 minutes to go the board are preparing Steve Bruce's P45 after Birminghams dismal run of late but then Stephen Clemence hits a 25 yard deflected winner !! The away erupts, Fletch and Joe jump for joy and the players and staff go mad !! The whisle goes and Birmingham win 1-0, Stephen Clemence saves Steve Bruce's job and turns around Birminghams season with his later winner as Birmingham go on a long unbeaten run after this win and eventually return to the promised land !!
A few beers in a local Derby pub afterwards with friends and family to celebrate the victory is followed !! Joe provides a classic moment as he jumps for joy in the pub as Fulham equalise at vile park in the live match !!
Fletch, Daisy and Joe return to brum, Marc had left straight after the game. They have a couple in the newt, Joe heads home and Fletch and Daisy go to meet Craig and ex gran canaria room mate Gavin, a few beers up town and then home we go !!
A great day all round !!
