Comments :
Cracking day out, despite the result. Met Marky G and his mate Chris before the match in the pub opposite the Liberty. Wonderful atmosphere - Forest and Swansea fans drinking and chatting together in the Spring sun, not a hint of trouble (no bouncers and hardly any coppers). Compare that to Milwall a couple of weeks back - totally different. I was well impressed with Swansea all round. Their supporters were magnificent, singing all the way through (obviously it helps when you''re winning) - their 2 main songs being ''just can''t get enough'' by Depeche Mode + an ironic ''1 0 to the sheepshaggers'' etc. Nice little stadium - really good acoustics/very noisy. And Swansea''s football was magnificent - they cut us to ribbons at times. They pressed and closed us down + they passed it sublimely. We almost equalised at the end but it would have been a travasty - Swans deserved the win. And Mr Borini? - he was class on his debut - look out for him in future.
