The so-called Director's Lounge hospo was really a glass-fronted cupboard under the main stand. That said, the food was excellent (especially the pudding - made just for me) and the wine was complementary (which very was nice!!)
It's a funny ground really - and a lot like Northampton in that they have one impressive stand that you can't see if you're sat in it. So you either sit in style or look at it.
Portsmouth played really well. We were expecting more from Crewe coming off the back of being hammered by the bottom side (Hartlepool) on Tuesday but we didn't get it. They deserved to lose and they did.
After the game we drank and chatted with a group of Pompy blokes and then went home. Certainly not one of our best days but that pudding was fabulous !!!!!!!!!!!
